Grooved Super National Pressure Cooker 7 Litre

The Grooved Super National Pressure Cooker 7 Litre is a practical and spacious pressure cooker designed for everyday family cooking and preparing larger quantities of food. With a 7-litre capacity, it is suitable for families that need more cooking space for meals such as rice, dal, vegetables, chicken, meat, curries, soups and stews.

Pressure cooking uses steam and controlled pressure to cook food at a higher temperature than conventional boiling. This helps reduce cooking time and makes the cooker useful for preparing foods that normally require longer cooking.

Size & Dimensions

What Can You Cook?

The 7-litre Grooved Super National Pressure Cooker is suitable for preparing a variety of dishes, including:

• Rice and pulao
• Dal and lentils
• Chicken
• Beef and mutton
• Vegetables
• Curries and gravies
• Stews

Why Choose the 7 Litre Size?

The 7-litre capacity provides more cooking space than a standard 5-litre cooker, making it a suitable option for families that regularly prepare larger quantities of food.

It is especially useful when cooking family meals, preparing food for guests, or making larger batches that would be difficult to fit comfortably into a smaller pressure cooker.

How Pressure Cooking Works

When the cooker is properly sealed, steam generated from the cooking liquid is retained inside the cooking vessel. As pressure increases, the cooking temperature rises above the normal boiling point of water, allowing food to cook faster.

Always allow pressure to release safely according to the cooker’s operating instructions before opening the lid.

Care & Maintenance

For safe and long-lasting use:

• Clean the cooker thoroughly after every use.
• Keep the gasket clean and inspect it regularly for signs of wear.
• Keep pressure-release components clean and free from food particles.
• Replace worn or damaged sealing components when necessary.
• Never force the lid open while the cooker is under pressure.
• Store the cooker clean and dry.
• Always follow the manufacturer’s safety and operating instructions.
