Grooved Super National Pressure Cooker 11 Litre

The Grooved Super National Pressure Cooker 11 Litre is a large-capacity pressure cooker designed for large families, bulk cooking and preparing food in larger quantities. With its generous 11-litre capacity, it provides ample cooking space for rice, biryani, dal, vegetables, chicken, meat, curries, soups, stews and other family meals.

Pressure cooking uses steam and controlled pressure to cook food at a higher temperature than conventional boiling. This helps reduce cooking time and makes the cooker particularly useful for foods that normally require longer cooking.

Why Choose the 11 Litre Size?

The 11-litre capacity is ideal for customers who regularly need a large cooking vessel. It is particularly useful for large families, family gatherings, guests and bulk food preparation.

The generous capacity allows larger quantities of food to be prepared in one batch, reducing the need for repeated cooking.

How Pressure Cooking Works

When the cooker is properly sealed, steam generated from the cooking liquid is retained inside the cooking vessel. As pressure increases, the cooking temperature rises above the normal boiling point of water, allowing food to cook faster than with conventional cooking methods.

Always allow the pressure to release safely according to the cooker’s operating instructions before attempting to open the lid.

Care & Maintenance

For safe and long-lasting use:

• Clean the cooker thoroughly after every use.
• Keep the gasket clean and inspect it regularly for wear or damage.
• Keep pressure-release components clean and free from food particles.
• Replace worn or damaged sealing components when necessary.
• Never force the lid open while the cooker is under pressure.
• Store the cooker clean and dry after use.
• Follow the manufacturer’s safety and operating instructions.
