The AG-3114 can be used to prepare minced meat and meat fillings. For best results:

• Remove bones and tendons before processing.
• Cut meat into approximately 2–3 cm chunks or suitable strips.
• Do not process more than 700g of meat at one time.
• Use the recommended 3-second press / 2-second pause operation.
• Do not operate continuously for more than 30 seconds.

🛡️ Safety & Usage Instructions

For safe and long-lasting performance:

• Always disconnect the power before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
• Never touch the blade directly; it is extremely sharp.
• Do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 30 seconds.
• Allow at least 2 minutes between processing cycles.
• Do not process hard dry ingredients such as coffee beans, rice or soybeans.
• Do not process frozen meat.
• Do not process watery/liquid ingredients.
• Do not place the mixing cup in a microwave or freezer.
• Never immerse the motor/main unit in water.
• If the motor overheats and stops, disconnect the power and allow it to cool for 20–30 minutes before restarting.

🧼 Cleaning & Maintenance

Clean the jar, blade, lid and spatula immediately after use. The motor unit and switch should never be immersed in water. Simply wipe the main unit with a soft, damp cloth.

The blade is very sharp, so handle it carefully during cleaning and assembly.
