🔪 Meat Chopping & Grinding

The Anex AG-3113 is equipped with a dedicated meat grinding/chopping blade for preparing meat fillings and other suitable food ingredients.

For best results, remove bones and tendons from meat before processing and cut it into smaller pieces. The recommended maximum meat quantity is 700g per batch.

🥕 Vegetable Chopping, Slicing & Shredding

The AG-3113 is more than just a traditional chopper. Its shredding and slicing blade allows you to process suitable vegetables into strips or slices.

The included ingredient pusher helps guide food safely through the feed inlet instead of pushing ingredients toward the blade with your hands.

🍞 Dough Mixing & Kneading

The AG-3113 also includes a dough mixing blade designed for mixing flour and water for dough preparation.

The maximum recommended amount is 400g of dry flour per batch.

Use the supplied measuring cup to measure ingredients and make sure flour does not enter the upper drive opening of the dough-mixing blade.

The included dumpling-making attachment provides an additional food-preparation function for wrapping and assembling dumplings, making the AG-3113 a versatile choice for different types of kitchen preparation.

🥣 Large & Practical Mixing Jar

The mixing jar provides the working space for chopping, grinding and dough preparation. It works together with the appropriate blade and dual-drive lid depending on the selected function.

A detachable non-slip pad is supplied for the bottom of the mixing jar to improve stability during operation.

🛡️ Overheat Protection

The main motor unit features overheat protection. If the appliance stops because of excessive motor temperature, switch it off, disconnect the power and allow the motor to cool for approximately 20–30 minutes before using it again.

This protection helps prevent damage caused by excessive operating temperature.

⏱️ Recommended Operating Time

To help maintain the appliance and extend its service life:

• Do not operate continuously for more than 30 seconds.
• For inching operation, press for approximately 3 seconds and stop for 2 seconds.
• If another processing cycle is required after the initial 30 seconds, release the switch and wait approximately 2 minutes before processing again.

For safe and proper operation:

• Clean all food-contact parts before first use.
• Always disconnect the power before assembling, disassembling or adjusting attachments.
• Never touch moving blades while the appliance is operating.
• Wait until the blade has completely stopped before opening the lid.
• Do not exceed the recommended ingredient quantities.
• Do not process coffee beans, soybeans, rice, frozen meat or other hard ingredients.
• Do not use the appliance for watery or liquid ingredients.
• If ingredients stick to the side of the jar, switch off and unplug the appliance before redistributing them.
• Place the non-slip pad under the mixing jar during operation.
• Keep sharp blades away from children.

Cleaning the AG-3113 after each use helps maintain hygiene and performance.

Cleaning Instructions

• Clean the mixing jar, blades, lid and spatula after use.
• The blades are extremely sharp, so handle them carefully.
• Never immerse the motor/main unit in water.
• Do not wash the motor unit or switch under running water.
• Wipe the motor unit with a soft, damp cloth.
• Do not use steel wool, abrasive cleaners, gasoline, acetone or corrosive liquids.
• Allow all removable components to dry completely before reassembly and storage.

Important: The mixing jar should not be placed in a microwave oven or frozen in a refrigerator.
