Made from high grade Japanese high carbon martensitic stainless steel (SUS 420J2) which has been hardened and tempered for sharpness. This knife has a razor sharp, double bevelled cutting edge and it has a durable, hygienic and ergonomic yellow polypropylene plastic handle.
