Utility knives are the perfect tool for a wide range of jobs from prepping vegetables to slicing sandwiches, chopping apples and other fruits to cutting hard cheeses and cold meats.

Made from high grade Japanese high carbon martensitic stainless steel (SUS 420J2) which has been hardened and tempered for sharpness. This knife has a razor sharp, double bevelled cutting edge and it has a hardwood handle.
